To register as a member, click for application form , print it out and return it completed and signed to the 5W office, together with your membership donation (minimum £35 sterling, equivalent: US$67, AUD$87, CAD$75, Euros 52). Your donation  may also be made by debit/credit card  using the form below; post it to 5W office together with your completed application form.
Your details will be circulated in the address list sent from the international centre in High Wycombe, UK. You will receive a joining pack consisting of:

• Receipt letter showing how your entry will appear on the international list
• List of all members worldwide
• Current Newsletter (Newsletters are sent out three times a year)
• Leaflet entitled Welcome to 5W - giving information and advice on how to get the best out of your membership
• Application forms are available in French and German from the 5W office
